By using Orta you agree to these terms and to Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement.

Account

Sign in with Apple is used to sign in. You are responsible for the content you create and share in team spaces.

Free plan and Orta Pro

Free: an unlimited personal space and one team of up to 5 people. Orta Pro removes the team and member limits and unlocks widgets.

• Monthly and Yearly subscriptions renew automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the period. Payment is charged to your Apple ID.
• The yearly subscription may include a free trial; when it ends, the full price is charged unless the subscription was cancelled.
• Lifetime is a one-time purchase with no renewal.
• Prices are shown in the app in your App Store currency. You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID settings.
• Refunds are handled by Apple under its own rules.

Acceptable use

Orta may not be used for illegal content, spam or attempts to access other people's data. We may restrict access in case of violations.

Liability

The app is provided “as is”. We do our best to keep your data safe, but we recommend not keeping the only copy of critical information in Orta.

Deletion and termination

You can delete your account at any time in the app profile. We may discontinue the service with prior notice.
