FAQ

How do I invite someone to a team?

Spaces → pick the team → “Members” → “Invite”. The link is valid for 24 hours; send it as a message or show the QR code. Personal spaces can't be shared.

What's included in the free plan?

An unlimited personal space and one team of up to 5 people. Orta Pro removes the team and member limits and unlocks widgets.

How do I change the language?

The app follows your system language (Russian, English, Kazakh). You can pin a language in Profile → “Language”.

How do I cancel a subscription or get a refund?

Subscriptions are managed by Apple: Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions. Refunds: reportaproblem.apple.com.

I bought Pro but the app shows Free

Open Profile → Orta Pro → “Restore purchases”. Use the same Apple ID you purchased with.

Tasks don't sync

Profile → “Sync” shows how many changes are waiting. Nothing is lost: they go out as soon as there's a connection. “Retry sync” sends them right away.

How do I delete my account?

Profile → “Delete account”. Spaces, tasks, attachments and settings are deleted and the Apple ID link is revoked. Cancel your Orta Pro subscription separately in Apple ID settings.
